Construct an Individual Written Assignment – students will demonstrate their understanding of the theory of organisational behaviour and modern strategic management using a SWOT Framework to analyse an organisation that delivers health or environment or other outcomes eg transport, community health, allied medical, urban planning, social health, art, ecological and cultural activities and approved by the Course Convenor.
Students will complete an individual organisational analysis of a workplace examining perceived challenges and barriers/strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT) while suggesting solutions for organisational change.
