Identify the DEI practices and discuss how they are “innovative”. You may use research on new and emerging trends in DEI, unique approaches taken by specific companies, or an analysis of why certain DEI strategies are more effective than others.
Comprehensive Paper: Compose a 2 page comprehensive paper that delves into the theoretical foundations, practical applications, and cross-cultural nuances of the selected motivation and leadership techniques. Make recommendations to improve or add to their innovative DEI practices.
