Instructions:
You are business strategy consultant hired by a group of investors to evaluate the viability a business that is in need of financing. The group has presented you with a business plan to critique. As you begin to read the plan you immediately recognize flaws. This project requires you to identify these flaws and state recommendations for how these flaws should be fixed.

Project details:

For each section of the business plan you have been presented with you must do the following:

Identify two flaws in the information stated or presented based upon your knowledge of what constitutes a proper business planning learned in this course.

Describe precisely what makes the information identified a flaw

Explain how the flawed information should be correctly stated or presented

Guidelines:

Use headings to match the sections of the business plan.

For each flaw, identify as “Flaw #1” and “Flaw #2”

– State the flaw

– Describe the flaw

– Explain the correction

Each flaw should be stated, described, and the correction explained within 150 – 250 words.

There will be five sections in the business plan to critique. Your complete report should be approximately 2000 words.
