issues and systems are experienced at different scales in the hospitality and tourism industry.
Students will reflect on their knowledge gained and analysis performed by comparing and
contrasting the challenges faced in the hospitality and tourism industry operations and
contemplate possible solutions. The students are NOT allowed to use generative AI to complete
