Based on your work in the Organizational Analysis Paper, Analyze your workplace or another organization of choice (nonprofit, church, etc.) and identify one or two major problems that you would address if you were in a position to do so.

Then reviewing material from at least five of your previous courses (see the Course Review Paper) write an 8-10 page paper that explains how different leadership perspectives (i.e., different courses) address the problems you would like to make. These may include such “facets” as conflict resolution, communication, leadership theory/style, innovation, strategic planning, organizational leadership, team leadership, organizational change, or ethics and values.

This is an academic research paper. Make sure to thoroughly document your sources and write in an appropriate academic style, with APA formatting.

The goal of this paper is to practice applying theories and principles of leadership to real-life existing situations. The paper should include:

An introduction that introduces the reader to the organization and summarizes the problems or desired changes identified in your previous analysis.

Five subsequent sections, properly sectioned, explaining how specific perspectives of your choice speak to the problem. Make sure to integrate and document source material from original sources.

A summary conclusion that tentatively proposes the most effective solutions to the problem.
