In a list or paragraphs, explain the typical steps in a Scrum workflow, assuming there are user stories in the backlog. What would we do first, second, etc if we were a Scrum team and wanted to get work done? What would a typical few weeks look like? A typical day?
In a paragraph or two, explain the difference between Scrum and Kanban in terms of Agile. What is similar? What is different?
Explain the differences between a user story and use case. When would you use each? What do they look like?
Explain each of the six attributes of INVEST. What are these key attributes for user stories (list is OK)?
