The most effective fear-reduction strategy
From my own views and analysis, the best strategy to reduce fear is the Citizen Oriented Police Enforcement (COPE). The reason behind my decision to select this method as the best is because it improves both the quantity and quality of contacts between residents and police officers. This aspect in turn enables police officers to address citizens’ concerns in an effective and efficient manner, including their fear of crime.
