For each case please include the following:

III. Summarize the decision and rationale of the majority

IV. Summarize the dissenting option and rationale of the minority

V. Explain (if applicable) any legislative response to this decision VI. Conclusion: Write your personal opinion on this decision and how you would have ruled if you had been on the bench and why
