Choose one of the four theories, Hedonism, Epicureanism, Stoicism, or Aristotle’s view, and describe the following aspects of the theory:

Share the basic fundamental view of how the theory creates or explains happiness.

Relate the theory to an example from the present day which supports and reflects this view of happiness.
Explain how you would apply this theory to your own pursuit of happiness.

Aristotle is one of the greatest thinkers in the history of science and philosophy. He was a student of Plato who was also a great rhetoric. Aristotle theory of happiness dates back t ancient Greece during the period of 384–322 B.C.
Aristotle explains happiness as involving activity, exhibiting virtue and excellence in accordance to reason. According to him happiness is a final end or goal that encompasses the totality of one’s life and not something that can be lost in a day or hours.
