Create a problem-based learning activity.
Produce a 2 column or 2 page newsletter that contains the following:
- Write a new learning objective or use the one from the Instructional Activity Plan you completed in Week Two.
- Create a complex, real-world problem based on your objective to be solved by your students or trainees.
- Develop an essential question that promotes critical thinking.
- Ensure that the problem forces the learner to probe and use technology to help solve it (the solution becomes the assessment piece of the activity).
- Create a rubric to measure the learning.

Synchronous Learning Presentation
A learning objective refers to a statement that provides a description of what a learner will be in a position to do after learning.
