Uniliver is a company located in United States and it owns the company: “Dollar Shave Club”

Currently the company Dollar Shave Club is located in UK. We are going to open another location for this company in Germany and need to do research on the best modes of entry in Germany. Select a mode of entry (export, licensing, franchising, JV, etc) by assessing /quantifying the long term impact of the alternatives to the U.S. parent company.
