They aim Zero Discharge of Hazardous Chemicals in their supply chain and prevent using fibers from endangered forests. By 2023, their goal is to use 100% sustainable cellulosic fibers for viscose and eradicate single-use plastics. And before the end of 2025, they aim zero landfill waste from its facilities and achieve 80% renewable energy use for its HQ, distribution centers, and stores.

I found an article this week that Hollister and Abercrombie & Fitch have been announced the best place to work for LGBTQ equality this year. Hollister has partnered with GLSEN, an organization that works to help prevent discrimination, harassment, and bullying based on sexual orientation. They provide a hotline for students K-12 to call and talk to if in those situations. Hollister and Abercrombie, customers have donated over 3 million dollars to their charities combined by rounding up their purchases.
