Facts of the Case

 Students of Juneau High School were given the permission to go out and watch the Olympic Torch passing. Frederick, a student at the school was spotted holding and showing a banner that had been written, “BONG HiTS 4 JESUS.” The principal of the school, Deborah, saw this and immediately took action that involved suspending Frederick for 5 days but later she increased the suspension period to ten days.
