Supply chain related issues

Pick a specific company and analyze its supply chain related issues. Then post your findings on your analysis. A good post should follow these guidelines: 1) The company could be your own workplace, or you read in the news such as Wall Street Journal (a little research is required). 2) The analysis should focus on the following aspects – relate to concepts discussed in the book and lectures; supply chain-product/service match/mismatch; challenges faced by the supply chain (e.g., cost control, demand uncertainty, supply chain risk management, Supplier/partner relationship management, service quality, globalization). 3) 2-3 Single-Spaced pages.
