A team is a group of people who have come together because they have a common interest or goal that they wish to accomplish. Coming up with a team does not mean that people have to meet physically; a virtual team can also be created where individuals are in a different geographical location (Zofi, 2012). The individuals get to share and connect with the others via technology like emails, video calling or voice recordings. From the presentation, we can see that coming up with a working group is not an easy thing but when the team realizes their worth, they get to work to achieve their goals……………………………..
