2. Is the norm severely or lightly enforced?
3. What is the mode and consistency of norm enforcement?
4. What is the mode of transmission through which we learn about the norm’s existence?
5. How much have people internalized the norm?
6. How much and how often do people conform to the norm?
7. Does the norm apply equally to all groups of people?
