Generating sexually suggestive images of children below the majority age is not only indecent but more so illegal. Actually, taking pictures of children of whatever nature is deemed illegal even though it is not wrong. This stems from the fact that children do not have a legal capacity to defend themselves from pictures taken of them. Even if the children actually agreed to the picture, their parents can still contest in a court of law against it. To begin with, Zane Wilkins’ actions are illegal.
