The paper must be in APA format and include a cover page, abstract, discussion, conclusion, and references. The Written Exercise paper should go beyond the obvious, be written at a graduate level, and must be at least 1,200 words in length. These assignments must be scholarly written and must follow the current American Psychological Association (APA) format and style (e.g., double-spaced, indents, etc.) and include the following: a title page, abstract, discussion, conclusion, and references. Students must use at least three resources to support their position. Remember, all resources including, but not limited to, journals, magazines, and/or books must be properly cited using APA style.

Sex offender rehabilitation is most effective when treated in the cognitive-behavioral environment. Given the obstacles outlined in Chapter 14 of the text, outline a pathway to treatment. Discuss potential reform by highlighting what you believe to be the greatest need in your jurisdiction.
