Servant leadership enriches individuals’ lives, creates successful organizations, and ultimately builds justice and care across the world. Basically, servant leaders focus on serving others, and a leader putting the needs of others before theirs (Fisher & Martini, 2004). Humility involves a leader recognizing their value and other people’s value without bias. Humility enables a leader to serve others, for their good as well as their own.
