Select a second and third essay/article on your chosen issue—or you may choose a new issue to read about. Summarize both of the arguments (“they say”), explain how the authors agree and disagree, and craft your own response to the issues the two texts raise (“I say”). Make sure you include a naysayer to show possible objections to your argument. Furthermore, consider any gaps left in the conversation—what aren\\’t they saying—and how you may be able to fill those gaps with a message addressing your personal beliefs. Along these lines, be sure to address the “So what? Who cares?” factors: Why does this issue and what you have to say about it matter?
