Develop a plan to carry out your selected topic as a nurse leader on your floor. Include:

o       Available resources: time, budget, space, industry collateral, personnel

o       Employee engagement

o       Change management principles

o       Team dynamics

Create a power point presentation to show your CNO how you plan to address the topic. Format your assignment as a 7- to 10-slide presentation

o       Include speaker notes with your slides

o       Remember the title slide and the reference slide to do not count in the number of required slides.
