The rise of democracy in ancient Greece was facilitated due to many changes that took place during the colonial period age. These factors can be categorized as political, social and economic forces. For instance as an economic force the invention of coinage moved the democracy of the Greece from one level to another since before its invention people used silver and gold as a medium of exchange for trading purposes. This approach accompanied itself with problems such as the determining the accurate weight and purity of those medium in order to avoid being cheated………………………
