I believe that the opportunity for a representation by a counsel is a meaningful one. In many countries, defendants of criminal cases are given a state lawyer to protect them in the proceedings. The rationale behind provision of a free lawyer to the defendant of criminal cases is so that they will have an opportunity to be presented in a good way so that justice will be served as it ought to.
