Week 9 Identify Data Analysis Strategies
Using the resources and readings provided for this week (will attach to email), assignment is to identify data analysis strategies to support research questions. There is a template (attached Below) in the resources to use to get started. In Weeks 5 and 6, you started with two topics (Topic 1: Future studies are needed to examine how to improve job satisfaction for special education teachers and how this affects the level of burnout experienced by those teachers. Topic 2: Further research can be carried out to find the correlation and regression of job satisfaction among different variables.) and built out possible research problems, purposes, and both qualitative and quantitative research questions. During Week 9, you are going to use the 6 qualitative research questions and the 6 quantitative research questions (will attach to email) that was wrote and create a strategy for analyzing data demonstrating how you would find the answers to the questions.
For the qualitative questions:
How will you collect the data? (i.e., interview, survey, observation)
What types of data will be collected?
What apriori data codes could you use to find emerging themes?
For the quantitative questions:
How will you collect the data? (i.e., archived data, published instrument)
What are the variables?
What quantitative data analysis technique(s) will you use?
