Researching the ineffective teams and learning what components you can make up a successful team, the data that will be collected will be the focus. These interviews that’s given after they are over, I would have gai more knowledge and a better understanding from how the team will see things in the end. If you ask effective questions, the responses will expand understanding of the issue on the problem of the practice that you are trying to focus on.

Guiding Research Questions

Findings
There was teacher that I interviewed they were young teacher. All the teacher was involved have been in the education field for more than 10 years or more with teacher certification. Teacher one how been working with the agency for 5 months teacher two has been with the agency for 7 years and teacher there has been employed at the agency for one year. The classification that was formed through coding of the data collected from teacher. These data permitted clear interpretation of where some of the concern’s teacher. The sixth classification was critical thinking and innovations, teacher having the ability to take the information they are given and knowing how to modify them to actually fit the needs when it comes to interview this could be an age long inequality that theses beliefs have taken on or even displayed in an over confidences that the society now is required to actually alter the critical thinking to surge the fair- minded thinker especially of the critical thinking.
