Many poem readers may have little or no experience in reciting poems. For this reason, they may read poems silently and this may affect the attention of listeners because they may not get the exact words in the poem. For this reason, reading a poem loudly differs from reading it silently. This is because when reciting poem loudly it captures the attentions of listeners and they may be able to get the main ideas in the text. Therefore, the poem “My Papa’s Waltz” has been recited in different languages.
