Previous assignments have focused on the planning aspect of your Public health project. For this assignment, you will now use the information and findings from your community needs assessment to complete the second phase of this project: development of a program/intervention implementation plan. Your program/intervention implementation plan will include: a description of the program, logic model outlining the intervention, implementation timeline and action plan, and a budget and budget justification for your intervention. Use the \\\\\\”Benchmark – Program Implementation Plan\\\\\\” template to complete this assignment.
Note: Please make sure that you have reviewed the \\\\\\”How to Complete a Program Line-Item Budget\\\\\\” video before completing this assignment.
You are required to cite to three to five sources to complete this assignment. Sources must be published within the last 5 years and appropriate for the assignment criteria and public health content.
This assignment uses a rubric. Please review the rubric prior to beginning the assignment to become familiar with the expectations for successful completion.
While APA style is not required for the body of this assignment, solid academic writing is expected, and documentation of sources should be presented using APA formatting guidelines, which can be found in the APA Style Guide, located in the Student Success Center.
