When faced with something difficult, I will remind myself, “I can improve with effort.” Shifting my mindset in this way will help me build adaptability and persistence.

Another way to integrate a growth mindset into my future teaching is by finding inspiration in my students and colleagues, instead of feeling discouraged by it. If another collegue has achieved something I admire, study their strategies and learn from their journey, continuously  reminding myself, “If they can do it, I can too—with time and effort.” I will make an honest effort to surround myself with people who encourage growth, challenge me, and push me to become better. Developing a growth mindset takes practice, but by making these small changes in how I think and respond to challenges, I will gradually show growth, embrace learning, and unlock my full learning potential. 
My experience in working as an Instructional Aide in the education field has helped me aquire great strenghts that will help me become an impactful eductor. I have learned to be responsible, empathetic, compassionate, persistent, and positive with all those who surround me on campus. I will continue to work on flexibility, equity, and empowerment in the classroom. Continuing to work on these will empower me to further enhance my ability to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
