Authoritative parents are kind, loving and caring and they are concerned with what their children are up to and set rules for their children to follow. The style has both long-term and short-term consequences to the children. Using reliable method may develop the self-esteem of the children and at the same time improve on their character, which is a long-term consequence. Curiosity sets in where the children may wish to try doing new things so that to know how it feels like not knowing that it may be dangerous…………………
