Susan knows nothing about health care delivery or long term care, and has some concerns about both of her parents. I agree that scoping the project is a good way to go. The reason why I made this choice is because having a new manager in place always comes with problems especially because the manager may not be fully aware of the project. Having people help him would be very good because it would ensure that success of the project is guaranteed as these people will all work towards the same goal, (Murphy, 1981)…………………………….
