Reflect on your current or former company in regard to its productivity levels and initiatives, then address each of the following points:
Has productivity increased, decreased, or remained stagnant? Using concepts discussed in the materials, what would you do to sustain or improve productivity in light of the company’s factors of production?
Discuss any initiatives you are aware of, or have been a part of, to turn around a struggling unit or division. What worked well? What should be done differently the next time around? If you have not been a part of any or are not aware of any, discuss what you can do to turn around or improve your own productivity at work or in your personal life. What area might you focus on first and why?
