The whales are saving the planet by eating fish and krill. They eat them them poop in the ocean up where photosynthesis is so it helps the plants get nutrients that they normally would not get. They also turn the water as they swim to the deepest ocean where sunlight can not get to and bring much need nutrients from the bottom to the top and vice versa. When the whale population started to decline so did the fish and krill. The whales are a major contributor to the survival of the ocean.
I believe we need to stop hunting the whales and let there population start growing again, it is a proven fact they are needed very much for our oceans and us to survive. with out them we would not have as much oxygen that we need very much. When the go to the deep depth of the ocean the take carbon monoxide down and it stay there for a very long time which in returns helps us breath better. If we keep killing the whales the ocean and us may not survive long. Everything the whales do seem to benefit us and how we can live and survive. So we need the whales to keep everything flowing smoothly in the ocean so we can breath easier they really are a vital important to our survival. So we need to have more of them so we can survive.

1, Whales are saving the planet in many ways, one of these ways is their defecation is a primary nutrient source for phytoplankton. This is important because the phytoplankton plant generate about half the atmosphere\’s oxygen. They also are a main food source for fishes and whales. If we look at the bigger picture, whales are a very important component for our earth\’s oxygen. Humans and other living organisms need oxygen to survive. I believe that we need to take care of the whales as much as possible, to my understanding I know that there are individuals who poach whales. poaching whales needs to be stopped because we can easily make them go extinct but that is a very unwise action to take. The idea that whales just need to poop and eat to create nutrient rich waste is amazing. They are needed for the oxygen production on our planet so we need to keep them safe and sound.
