philosophy and education
Education is inextricably intertwined with (a) passion to understand. Both philosophy and education are vitally concerned with a search for truth. By its very name education calls teachers “to lead from ignorance.” Philosophy compels teachers to lead students in a direction that is meaningful and of most worth. Philosophy reminds teachers to continue the search for truth and not be satisfied with pat answers, even answers provided by so called experts. To a philosopher, an expert is not one who professes truth or beauty; rather, an expert is one who searches and questions.
My own personal philosophy of career and technical education or human resource development. I work in oilfield and i learned more thins technical and I took some courses in management and human resource.

In order to be considered an expert within the work environment, exercising the freedom to question and searching is depicted as the real nature of reality about oneself. For every employee who enters a working environment, experience is a unique requirement that aids in the full understanding of the job. I consider working in an oilfield as a lifestyle and not as one of the highest paying jobs globally. As professionals entrusted……………..
