What are your career aspirations (1, 5, 10 years)?
My long term goal is to become a senior operations leader, ultimately a hospital COO, who makes care easier to access and safer every day. Near term, I want to complete a strong fellowship and step into an operations manager role focused on patient flow, access, and discharge reliability. In five to seven years, I aim to lead a service line as a director with clear P and L, deliver gains in throughput, length of stay, and experience, and earn FACHE. Longer term, I want to run hospital operations at scale, mentor emerging leaders, and partner with community groups to close access gaps while building a high reliability culture.
