Organization is set of system to work towards an attainable goal. All the organizations are compacted by mission, vision and values. The mission of any organization is chosen to target the set goals to be attained. Vision is the overall product required as an output of the mission, and the values are the flagship to fuel the project of an organization to achieve the goals (Mirr, 2010).
