Based on the scenario, infer two potential needs that are present within the company, and then determine the best course of action to take to address an organization gap performance (OGP).

My response to first part:

Based on the scenario, there are two potential needs that are present within the company.  The first need is a needs analysis, and the second need is training and development with the new software system.  A needs analysis will be required to identify the actual organizational performance of the call center which will then be compared with the expected organizational performance to determine the organizational gap.  Training is needed so that employees are informed of the organization’s performance expectations and so that they can develop the knowledge and skill that is required to perform the duties effectively.  Hiring additional employees would help reduce stress among employees and would decrease employee’s workload.
