Organizational leaders must be able to respond effectively to both internal and external changes. How might organizational leaders initiate this revision process? What role might stakeholders have in revising strategic plans?

This week, you examine the strategic plan for a non-profit or government organization and consider possible revisions. Then, you explore the role of stakeholders in evaluating and revising strategic plans. You also develop strategic organizational goals to effect positive social change.
