As one of her prayers was for God to deliver her from the job as an CNA and bless her with the Unit Clerk Position. Now when Sarah received the position as Unit Clerk, she praised God for answering her payer.) crying because she was unjustly written up for something that had nothing to do with her. Sarah stated too the on duty Mental Health Counselor, that she no prayed and cried all night, because she feels as if the supervisor and the person that drop the ball which caused her to be written up, is out to destroy her. Sarah then stated that she wanted to be demoted back to her CNA position.
The Mental Health Counselor felt Empathy for Sarah, so she said, “don’t let anyone send you back to where you prayed your way out of.” She then stated “are you sure that you want to go backwards, despite all the praying you have done? “Now as they were speaking to each other, the social worker pops up from the back room (she is the one that dropped the ball) and said, “don’t worry about that write up because we don’t know what happened to the order, because that order was why back in February.” Now the Social Worker goas and repot to the Administrator, that the Mental Health Counselor is gossiping. So, this is the second time a coworker has falsely labored the Counselor a gossiper.
