Conducting a research entails a very long process. A person has to come up with research questions and hypotheses, from which he or she bases the research. In a call center, there are various reasons which might lead to a decline in the in the number of calls received or misdirected. To identify the reasons behind this, you will have to conduct a research. This is usually aided by research questions. One of the research questions will be; Is the decrease in the number of calls being brought about by system failure?. Once you have formulated this question, you need come up with several hypotheses.
