Developing a model that will be used to train and mentor team players in a sport will mean that it gets to be selected carefully. Having a model that will ensure all the players, are involved, and will get to share their views at some point. Having a model that is designed in a manner that has scheduled time for all the activities that are involved will be of great help as it will prove functional.
