Due to the recent Amcorp merger with GreatVille Corporation, the management has noticed several unusual activities happening around the company and among the employees. Some of the employees have been raising several issues on the way other employees are treating them. There have been cases of bullying, workplace discrimination and some of the senior employees not giving much attention to details concerning manager-employees relationship. As you, all know that such behavior in the company is not tolerated and it’s prohibited. There has also been another issue where we have seen less competition among employees. This has been the tradition of our Corporation as we grant bonuses to such people who prove to be of great worth in this company.
