Chapter 1 discussed three common errors in human thinking: Hindsight Bias, the Overconfidence Error, and the Coincidence Error.

Find an example from the media within the last 60 days that you think is a good example of one of these errors (just one, not one of each).

Hint: You can argue that the error was committed by the person reporting on the event, and “actor” (the person that the event was based on) or the public reaction to the event or how it was reported.

Be sure to explain WHY you think that the event represents one of these three errors.
