Based on your previous work with XYZ Corporation, where you both established an ethics officer as well as created a corporate code of ethics, your HR office has now been charged with the responsibility of creating a procedure which employees will use to report ethical code violations.
In your lesson 14 essay assignment you must construct such a procedure, one that meets the following criteria:
1. The procedure must begin with a paragraph of between ½ pg. – 1 pg. in length explaining the reason for its creation.
2. The balance of the procedure must include the following elements:
a) definitions of what constitutes a violation,
b) who must report,
c) to whom the report must be made,
d) how the report must be submitted (e.g., orally – phone-call, or in writing- e-mail), and
e) what information the report must contain.
3. You must conclude with an explanation of between 2-2.5 pgs. in length discussing how you determined the specifics of the procedure.
4. As part of this discussion, you must use at least five concepts and/or findings from at least three of the lesson’s readings.
5. Your Total Essay needs to be a minimum of 3.5 pgs. in length. Attach and submit your completed work to this Class Discussion.
