Marketing strategy

It will be talking about marketing strategy for a brewing company in the US: New Glarus. This project is about introducing this brewing company to Germany (International Business) more specifically the beer Spotted Cow. New Glarus Brewing This is a group project but he only needs the MARKETING STRATEGY part. I’ve attached the guidelines. The paper needs to be TWO pages.

Here is some ideas that i came up with:
I’d say we do a soft entry during the Euro 2016 tournament. This is when we would mainly go to pins around Munich and offer free samples (tasting) of the product just to raise awareness of our product. I would suggest a full launch for October 2016 during the Oktoberfest in Munich. We would showcase our product there and market it using social media. (Facebook Twitter and Xing are top three most popular in Germany) I will look up a few commercials as well and then of course billboards and bus stations.

Advertising or promotion strategy is communication mechanism that is aimed at raising awareness or persuading potential customers to choose your product (Smith , 1996). In our case we will be promoting ‘New Glarus’ a brewing company that has already startedin U.S and is seeking to widen its client base by doing business in Germany……………………
