Prior to beginning work on this assignment, review Chapter 2 (attached) from the required text and complete the SWOT Analysis exercise (below). The first scenario you will see of the exercise is an example of how a SWOT Analysis should be completed. After you have reviewed that scenario, review the second scenario for Zenivity Wellness Centers and complete a SWOT Analysis for that company. Be sure to develop your own SWOT Analysis that is different from what is provided in the example. You will add this analysis to your paper below.

A SWOT analysis is a strategic planning tool used to assess the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of an organization, company, project, plan, or venture. Internal factors concentrate on the strengths and weakness within an organization. External factors are the opportunities and weaknesses outside the organization. The purpose of a SWOT analysis is to identify any aspects internally or externally which are significant to achieving or obstructing the desire to accomplishing an objective.
After you have completed the SWOT Analysis exercise, and using what you learned from the exercise, address the prompt below in a two- to three-page paper.
In your paper,
- Discuss the components of a SWOT analysis (Chapter 2), in your own words.
- Examine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of Zenivity Wellness Centers.
- Explain how an organization like Zenivity Wellness Centers can use a SWOT analysis to its advantage.
- Identify the value-added initiative of Zenivity Wellness Centers.
- Evaluate the various campaign media options e.g. Social, mobile that can be used to reach its target market to sustain its grown.
Be sure to include your SWOT Analysis for Zenivity in your paper.
In addition to utilizing the course text, support your rationale with at least one scholarly and/or credible source from the UAGC Library, or other sources such as Google Scholar.
