Task: Develop a creative marketing strategy/plan for a new IT program (program implementation of your choice) that will be instituted within your healthcare organization. Present this in a 2 page paper – which includes resources and image identification.

  1. Describe the tactics you would use to introduce the program

  2. What would you develop for existing staff

 

  1. Provide a timeline for the rollout of the marketing plan

 

  1. You must provide one example of a marketing piece that you have designed for the implementation of the new program.

You will present this marketing piece to the class on October 2nd explaining its design, rationale and objective. You have 2 minutes to present.
