In the conclusion (pp. 441-446) of Reimer et al, The Challenge of Politics: An Introduction to Political Science, the authors pose four key questions. In question one, they ask if we can describe and defend a view of the good political life. From our perspective as a liberal democracy, what political values do we hold dear? What do the three other forms of government discussed in the book embrace, and how do you compare and contrast these forms of government to our own?
