What are barriers to achieving these characteristics?

How would I know if the organization was making progress towards becoming a learning organization?

Select four characteristics that are most compelling to you and the organization.

How can your organization achieve these characteristics?

What are the major barriers?

Develop strategies to overcome the barriers.

The Reflective Paper:

Must be eight double-spaced pages in length and formatted according to APA style as outlined in the approved APA style guide.Title, reference, and any exhibits or appendices are not counted in the paper length.

Must include a cover page that includes:

Name of paper

Instructor’s name

Date submitted

Must include an introductory paragraph with a succinct thesis statement.

Must address the topic of the paper with critical thought.

Must end with a conclusion that reaffirms your thesis.

Must include at least five full-text scholarly sources, including at least three from the Ashford Online Library

Must use APA style as outlined in the approved APA style guide to document all sources.
