This final paper must include the following elements:
1. Review of important case studies and discussion of their points of significance.
2. Identification, explanation, and analysis of new concepts and learning gained through course content.
3. Explanation and examples of how participating in discussion forums or classroom discussions helped to enrich and expand opinions and ideas.
4. Elaboration on how the course contributed to academic and professional growth.
5. Paper must include: 7-9 pages in length; 8 artifacts (case studies, journals, articles, textbooks, etc.); title page and reference page.
6. APA formatting must be utilized providing a reference page of all artifacts utilized and in-text citations within the contents of the paper identifying the locations of their utilization.
