Describe examples of Leadership styles, and identify your past leadership style, current leadership style, and your goal leadership style (if they are the same, just explain that). Include your personal approach to delegation and prioritization.

Identify your personal leadership style:  past, current, and goal leadership styles (if they are the same, just explain that). Explain changes you made (or to be made) from one style to the other and the reasons you believe those changes are beneficial.

Peer-reviewed references include references from professional data bases such as PubMed or CINHAL applicable to population and practice area, along with evidence based clinical practice guidelines. Examples of unacceptable references are Wikipedia, blogs, UpToDate, Epocrates, Medscape, WebMD, insurance recommendations, & secondary clinical databases. For this assignment, you may also reference your organization\\\’s policy. Be sure to cite your resources, and every citation must have a reference. Style
